12 Days of Christmas Workout

This is a sample of the 12 days of Christmas workout. There are many variations you can do, adding in different workouts.
Just like the song, start with 1, then 2.1, etc. Variations on the workout take about 45-60 minutes.

1 30 second jump rope
2 burpee shoulder press
3 get ups
4 moving step pushups
5 squat long jumps
6 plank tricep kickbacks
7 band bicep curls
8 knee tucks
9 back fly
10 pushups
11 v-ups
12 high frog jumps 

Example: The final round should be 12 frog jumps, 11 v-ups, 9 back fly, 8 knee tucks, 7 band bicep curls, 6 plank/tricep, 5 squat long jumps, 4 moving pushups, 3 get ups, 2 burpee shoulder press, 1 30 sec jump rope.

(this is mainly an upper body workout, but like I said, variations can be made)
